We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from Shopverb.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging.

Exchanges

Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement in case of size issue or quality issue .
We should be informed VIA email at info@shopverb.com within 48 hours of receiving the product in case the client feels the need to exchange .
All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.
Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.
All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.
Products will be considered for exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to You.
All custom made orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You
If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund will not be possible.
Discounted product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
We offer exchange of goods shipped internationally. However duties born by the customer while receiving goods are not reimbursed . Also in case of exchange , shipping needs to be borne by the customer . We will arrange for easy pick up .

nominal cases be returned.

Brand Site will do the needful, look into all complaints & work to satisfy its customers with

(a) Exchange or

(b) Refund

Once EXCHANGE / RETURN is Approved, you will receive an E-MAIL .

NO EXCHANGE / REFUNDS will be made, if the above process is not adhered.

In case our logistics service provider does not cater to the customer’s pick up zone / area, the customer will have to courier the returns at their cost to given mailing address.

Refunds, if any, will be processed within 5-7 working days of (i) You providing the appropriate account details in case of a cash refund; or (ii) receipt of product by Us.
Cash refunds can only be processed in the original mode of payment. However, there will be no refunds in cash, even if the original payment was made in cash.

There will be no refunds on discounted bills where any kind of discounts were applied to the order

SIZING

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE

All of VERB products are crafted using the finest fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, printing and embroidery. Due to complex dyeing and re dyeing procedures we recommend to DRY CLEAN ONLY .

COLOURS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. Some dark colors tend to run. Please always wash like colors together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.
