SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.

For international orders, a shipping charge of USD 40 (approx.) will be applicable for orders below 200 USD .Orders above 500 USD , are eligible for free shipping.

All our product take 25-30 days to be made ready . Once shipped domestic orders take 4-5 days for delivery and 7-10 days for international orders .

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

Order collection from any of Verb retail outlets can be done upon request. Please contact our customer care for further assistance.

Insurance

Verb insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Verb and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
